The Set Up Success™ Student Planner is a unique system created by Marydee Sklar, executive function expert, author, and speaker. It has been specifically designed to build the key executive function skills of time-management, planning and organization at school and at home.

This academic calendar was designed to support the habits of daily planning and future thinking to get assignments and multi-step projects done on time. It makes the abstract concept of time visible for all Middle and High School students.

The Set Up Success™ Student Planner is designed to be USED and USEFUL as it helps develop key executive function skills necessary for success at school and in life - for all students. This planner will be helpful for any student, particularly those needing organizational support, and those who struggle with ADHD, EFD and other LDs.

This planner system comes in a college and adult version for users to grow into as they age and develop!

The Set Up Success® Student Planner will:

  • Provide structure for planning and prioritizing day-to-day activities, chores, homework and fun activities
  • Function as a organizational method to get papers to and from school
  • Support future thinking and planning for larger projects and assignments with multiple steps
  • Encourage students to take control of their own schedule and to plan independently

This Planner is Like My Best Friend

Before using my Set up Success planner I had an issue with organizing my time and writing all my assignments down. My previous school-issued planners were a big struggle, considering they were tiny, cramped with important dates and events for school, and I could only see one week of homework on 2 pages. Thank you for Creating Such an Awesome Tool

I just wanted to let you know that all last year I tried to get my daughter to use a planner, and she refused. She said that they don’t work for her. I purchased 6 of your planners as I knew that I would be getting a few students to work with on Seeing my Time this Fall. I was also hoping that my daughter would use one. She looked at it, watched the video, and is excited to try using it this school year!! She even decorated the front and back, and has already highlighted all of the school holidays! I am so excited!! It Has Changed the Way I Work and Plan

I wasn't sure what to expect with the EFS planners, but I was eager enough to try something new to help my son with ADD plan time and manage assignments. I bought the adult version for myself as I also am struggling to prioritize and get clear on how I can get important tasks done.First of all, the videos were helpful. My son has internalized the key ideas. As for me, I gained a lot of tips that have made a difference in my work. I like using the daily sheets and putting to-do items near available time but not exactly "assigning" them to that time. In the past, I used a similar weekly schedule, but shame and a sense of failure would build up because I always underestimated how long it would take to complete tasks and therefore was inevitably "behind." I would strongly recommend the EFS system to folks looking to get a handle on their productivity and also on their feelings about how they work. I now feel much more neutral and matter-of-fact about planning, whether I zoom through tasks or not.

It is your responsibility to pick your planner up on time and pay the duty. If you do not, your post office may send it back to us. If this occurs, we will gladly refund you the cost of the planner, but we cannot refund the initial shipping costs. It is up to you to determine whether this duty will be applied in your country.

RETURN POLICY: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. The planner must be in perfect condition to receive a refund.
