The Seeing My Time Course® is a time-management, planning and organization program that helps those who struggle with their executive functions in their professional lives and at home.
All private sessions will be held online via Zoom until further notice.
You will be introduced to the brain’s executive functions to learn why some brains struggle with certain tasks
Develop a visual understanding of time, which begins the process of creating long-term change
Go home with an array of concrete, visual time-management tools targeted to support specific executive function challenges
Private sessions cost $1250 ($125 per session), 10 total sessions

Though we encourage you to schedule your sessions weekly, you may choose space them farther apart. That is not a problem, though we ask you to complete your nine sessions within a five month time period.
Yes. Dr. Russell Barkley, a premier researcher in the field of ADHD, has argued that ADHD can largely be defined as deficits in executive functioning. These deficits transfer directly into poor time-management.
The activities in the Seeing My Time® workbook help participants with ADHD understand their brains' executive function challenges, and how they can support their brain to get things done. The workbook was designed for the creative, visually-oriented ADHD mind.
There is no magic wand or pill to “cure” deficits in executive functioning. However, through the Seeing My Time Program® , individuals are able to understand why they have to use external tools and then how to use effective strategies to support reaching goals and getting things done.
The Seeing My Time program supports the executive function skills of planning, time management and organization - critical skills for any working professional.
Some of the tools and strategies you will learn and develop include: how to become realistic about setting deadlines and goals, budgeting your time, managing your calendar and papers, individual productivity and focus, and more.
At this time, executive function help is not covered by insurance companies. However, many employees have gotten their employer to pay for the course, since it greatly improves productivity and organization at work.
I really loved doing the course with you! I still use my daily time sheets and weekly sheets and I say it's thanks to those sheets that I just managed to work full time, take care of family, AND empty out my dad’s apartment that he had lived in for over 50 years - and he was a collector!
