This Refund Policy sets out Executive Functioning Success’ commitments and procedures for refunding payments for goods or services purchased through this website. Executive Functioning Success reserves the sole right to define and determine its refund obligation for all goods and services to addressed in this policy. This policy is effective from 11th February 2013.
‘Services’ here include, but are not limited to, training classes and individual or group coaching offered by Executive Functioning Success through this website. Services may be paid in advance or at the time of service. Executive Functioning Success does not offer refunds of any kind for payments made at the time of service.
Executive Functioning Success will offer a full refund for services paid for in advance until the time of the commencement of service. In the case of classes or coaching services offered in pre-paid sets of seven or more sessions of 60 or more minutes, Executive Functioning Success will offer prorated refunds up to the third such session. No refunds will be made after the third such session. In the case of all classes or coaching services offering in pre-paid sets of at least two sessions of 60 minutes or more, Executive Functioning Success will offer prorated refunds until at least the second session.
Books and Other Goods
Executive Functioning Success will refund books and goods sold through this website for up to 10 days after the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in the same condition in which they were sold. Executive Functioning Success will not pay for return postage or refund the cost of the original postage. Executive Functioning Success will replace damaged or faulty goods reported and returned within 30 days of purchase, or refund the cost of such goods.
Executive Functioning Success does not offer refunds for electronic downloads or streamed media contents sold on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of Microsoft Powerpoint presentations, Microsoft Word documents, and PDF documents, and the sale of access to streamed video content. Executive Functioning Success offers replacement items on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that you have purchased a defective or corrupted item, please contact us in writing. Executive Functioning Success is under no obligation to offer replacement items via a different media, mode or delivery system than specified in the item description.
