The Seeing My Time Workbook is required for each participant in Seeing My Time private sessions, group sessions, and Teaching Seeing My Time: An Executive Function Curriculum online course.

Marydee Sklar is an educator who has spent over 25 years teaching students and adults time management, planning and organization from the perspective of the brain. She is also the creator of the Seeing My Time® curriculum, books, and planners, and the Set Up Success™ student planners. Marydee lives in Portland, Oregon. When not teaching, consulting, or writing, she enjoys cooking for friends and family.
