Refund Policy
This Refund Policy sets out Executive Functioning Success’ commitments and procedures for refunding payments for goods or services purchased through this website. Executive Functioning Success reserves the sole right to define and determine its refund obligation for all goods and services addressed in this policy. Executive Functioning Success may change these policies from time to time by updating this page. This policy is effective from 11th February 2013.
Books, Planners and Other Goods
Executive Functioning Success will refund books and goods sold through this website for up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in the same condition in which they were sold.
- Executive Functioning Success will not pay for return postage or refund the cost of the original postage.
- Executive Functioning Success will replace damaged or faulty goods reported and returned within 30 days of purchase, or refund the cost of such goods.
Classes:
Seeing My Time Private Sessions in Portland and Online:
- Rescheduling sessions: no charge if you reschedule 72 hours in advance.
- Last minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the cost of the session.
- Withdrawal from the course: if you begin the course and decide not to continue, we will refund any unused sessions.
- To receive your refund you must notify us in writing of your intention not to complete the class within two weeks of your last attended session and cancel any remaining sessions with at least 72 hours notice before the next scheduled session.
- We do not refund the cost of workbooks after private sessions have begun.
Group Courses and Professional Training Courses
- A 100% refund is available up until two weeks before the first day of class.
- A 50% refund is available from two weeks prior to the first day of class through the second week of class.
- No refunds are available after the second week of class.
- For group sessions only: if for any reason, the group environment isn’t suitable for yourself or your student, you may apply the cost of the group course towards private sessions at a pro-rated amount.
