A New Program from EFS, for Professionals Who Dream Big

In our new class, the Launch Pod, we will support, inspire and hold you accountable as you work toward your own professional goals. During our six weeks together, you will define and refine your goals, break them into concrete steps, and take action day-by-day.

The group, facilitated by Marydee Sklar, will meet online for an hour every week to discuss progress, share ideas and problem solve face-to-face. In addition, you will commit to documenting your progress daily (even if you have to write that nothing happened that day!) This group is designed for people with a strong commitment to thinking big and taking action. Limited to ten people. Please join us

The Launch Pod will consist of three key components

The Dream

You will start this process with a dream. Perhaps it is hazy. Perhaps it seem a little wild. This is where we start. During the first few Pod Meetings, we will share our dreams, refine them and clarify them, break them into pieces, and use Marydee Sklar’s Planning Ahead by Planning Backward strategy, taught in the Teaching Seeing My Time Course, to transform your dreams from abstract goals into a series of concrete, visual tasks rooted in time.

The Pod

Even with a clear, excellent plan, launching your dream can be bumpy. Pod Meetings will give you a chance to share your successes and struggles, and benefit from the wealth of wisdom that the Pod participants bring to the meeting.

Marydee Sklar will offer you the experience she has gained as educator and a businesswoman: building a client base, partnering with schools, presenting to diverse populations, branding and marketing her creations, conducting research, and creating a national presence.

The Launch

Transforming a dream into a reality happens little by little, day by day. Once you have built your plan, you have to do it! You will commit to documenting your actions daily. The posts on our private forum will keep you focused, hold you accountable, inspire your Pod-mates and let me know how best to support you.

Cost:  
$350 payable prior to first class by check or online by credit card. Checks can be made out to Marydee Sklar and mailed to 2805 SW Mitchell Ct, Portland, OR 97239.

We offer a full refund if you withdraw prior to 1st meeting. Refunds up to the third meeting will be prorated. No refunds after the third week.
