Seeing My Time® Adult Planner Only

The mini-course on using the See My Time planner was very helpful. It helped me to understand that there was more than meets the eye here. If I had not watched it, I might have just started using the pages and planner without really getting the full benefit or put off starting to use the planner. If I had done either of those things, I would have missed out! These videos had important tips and served as a great guide to initiating use of the planning pages. I actually began my use of the planner in between videos. Very good for taking action. Excellent anti-procrastination support!

I really enjoyed this course. I've tried a lot of planners, but having the course to explain how to use it, and provide both exercises and concrete examples, makes a huge difference. For the first time, planning is actually FUN.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the EFS planners, but I was eager enough to try something new to help my son with ADD plan time and manage assignments. I bought the adult version for myself as I also am struggling to prioritize and get clear on how I can get important tasks done.First of all, the videos were helpful. My son has internalized the key ideas. As for me, I gained a lot of tips that have made a difference in my work. I like using the daily sheets and putting to-do items near available time but not exactly "assigning" them to that time. In the past, I used a similar weekly schedule, but shame and a sense of failure would build up because I always underestimated how long it would take to complete tasks and therefore was inevitably "behind." I would strongly recommend the EFS system to folks looking to get a handle on their productivity and also on their feelings about how they work. I now feel much more neutral and matter-of-fact about planning, whether I zoom through tasks or not.

Thank you so much for creating the Seeing My Time planner. I absolutely love it. I buy planners every year, but this is by far the most useful one that I have ever used. I find it to be an essential tool in accomplishing my goals--both small and large--and at the same time, better enjoying my down time knowing that everything I need to get done has been captured. Thank you so much for these helpful videos, and for creating this planner! Like others have said, I think this system may finally work with my neurodiverse/autistic brain. I'm already feeling better and getting more done after just a few days.

"At almost 64, with ADHD, I've tried a few (million) planners. None worked until now. I am amazed! I think it works because it's multi-sensory. Using traditional pen and pencil reinforces the brain's ability to access and retain information. At first I thought I was going backwards technologically, but electronic devices tax my brain and overload my ability to process data from line to line. Because of my short term memory deficits, I lose my place when tasks require multiple steps. Pen and paper may be "old school", but it's much less anxiety-producing and doesn't break down. I recommend this for all tactile learners or non techno geeks. It just feels good."
