Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge that executive function skills can be developed at any stage of life. We offer brain-based strategies for improving time management, planning, and organization, essential skills for success in school, work, and daily life.

Our process begins by helping you understand your brain’s unique strengths and challenges. From there, we guide you in building metacognitive awareness; the ability to reflect on your thoughts and behaviors so you can make intentional choices.

Together, we identify and apply practical external tools that strengthen your executive functioning to help you reach your goals. We offer private sessions for families, online courses for teachers and professionals, plus books, planners, and other executive function resources, and more.

Julie Miller

Owner, Time Management Educator, Professional Development Speaker, Warm-Hearted Supporter
Julie Miller has been educating families for over 25 years. As a lifelong learner passionate about brain science and education, she works closely with families and adults through Seeing My Time® private sessions. Julie also gives presentations on many topics including Teaching Executive Functioning Skills in Schools, Executive Functioning in the Workplace, Coaching Behavior, and Conflict Resolution.

Marydee Sklar

Founder, Creative Force and Expert Hugger
Marydee Sklar is an educator who has spent over 25 years teaching students and adults time management, planning and organization from the perspective of the brain. She is the creator of the Seeing My Time® curriculum, the Set Up Success™ student planners and author of the Amazon best seller: 50 Tips to Help Students Succeed.

Kathleen Rutter

Administrative Director, "Eagle Eyes" Copyediting Wizard
Kathleen is our point of contact for anyone interested in working with Executive Functioning Success. She coordinates private sessions, adult & family group classes, and presentations. Kathleen manages communication, software administration, databases, planner production, and everything to do with e-commerce. She is our behind-the-scenes tech support for anything that comes up! In addition, Kathleen is manager of our online professional courses: Teaching Seeing My Time and Building Executive Functioning Skills in the Classroom.

Monique Myhre

Seeing My Time Instructor, Mindful Mentor
Monique is a long-time private educator and mentor with a BA in Child Development / Family Relations. She has 35 years of experience working in the arena of tailored learning, teaching children and adults in non-traditional settings through one-on-one tutoring and small group lessons. In addition to teaching Seeing My Time, Monique owns and operates a French tutoring business.

Veronica Bishop

Marketing Manager, Organizer Extraordinaire
Veronica is our webmaster, digital marketer and social media expert. She also supports course and product development and our online classrooms. In her past life, Veronica was a professional organizer and she helps EFS run smoothly behind the scenes.
