Executive function workshop for women

A Workshop for Women—Girl, Get a Grip!

Women have a lot on their plates and, as we age, demands on time management only increase. It is easy to be stretched thin between work, family, friends, and community. Personal goals and self-care are often neglected because there just isn’t time.

Well, ladies, I want to challenge that. You’ve got the time if you take it – if you make yourself a priority.

If I’ve learned anything in my fifty-seven years it’s that it is critical to set aside time for yourself. You can’t sustain taking care of others if you don’t take care of yourself.

Woman Getting Organized

My new time-management workshop for women—Girl, Get a Grip!—was inspired by a bright, talented, self-employed, 40 year-old mother. She’s acknowledging her poor time-management skills and how they negatively affect her life. She wants to get control and working with a like-minded small group of women sounded like a great way to do it. I think it will be wonderful fun. A ladies night out!

Girl, Get a Grip, is a workshop for women to complete the Seeing My Time workbook over five weeks, in ninety-minute sessions. In a small, supportive group of women, a maximum of six, I’ll lead you through the process of understanding how your brain affects time management. I’ll share the strategies I use live a full balanced life—rich in relationships and opportunities to reach my goals.

While you may feel like you don’t have the time or money, I urge you to take the time to invest in yourself, right now. Seize the opportunity to begin getting control of your time and your life. I invite you to join us in Girl, Get a Grip! and start changing your life in powerful ways.

Marydee, this is a fantastic idea! I have a friend who wanted to learn all that I’ve learned from you and I’m going to call her right now to tell her about this. How fun to do it with a small group of women.
