The Seeing My Time program helps executive function-challenged adults improve their planning, time management and organization skills. One of our instructors will guide you through the Seeing My Time workbook in 10 hourly private sessions and provide individualized teaching and support.

Group courses allow you to participate in the Seeing My Time course with the support of other like-minded families and individuals. The family group course uses the Seeing My Time curriculum in a group setting for families with children age 11 and up. There is an in-person class in Multnomah Village on Saturday afternoons and an online class on Tuesday afternoons.

If you are a parent and you'd like to teach the Seeing My Time program directly to your own child, you can take the Teaching Seeing My Time course even if you do not work in the education field. This 9-week, self-paced class features weekly online instructional videos from Marydee, two live Q&A sessions and an online exchange of ideas with fellow students in the class.

Our calendar systems come with transparent pockets and tear-off day, week and planning pads to help support executive functions. Each planner includes a mini-course providing instruction on how to use the planner, plus additional support for accountability, planning strategies and more.
