We are here to help. 

The Seeing My Time® Course is a time-management, planning and organization program designed for families with students grade 6 and up, as well as individual adults and college students.

About The Course

  • 10 Private one-on-one sessions with one of our instructors, taking your family through the Seeing My Time® workbook
  • Sessions are 60 minutes long and held via Zoom or in-person
  • Sessions must be scheduled within a 5 month period
  • Up to 5 family members may participate
  • Additional sessions may be purchased as needed

The Process... 

You will be introduced to the brain’s executive functions to learn why some brains struggle with certain tasks

Develop a visual understanding of time, which begins the process of creating long-term change

Finish with an array of concrete, visual time-management tools targeted to support specific executive function challenges


This course is appropriate for:

  • School age students sixth grade through college. At least one parent is required to attend. We welcome a total of five family members at no additional cost!
  • College students. We recommend that a parent attend if the college student is living at home.
  • Adults struggling with time management issues.

Choose the session format that works for you:

Accelerated Summer Sessions Option

Five 60-minute sessions are packed into one week to get students and parents off to a good start. The five remaining sessions are scheduled weekly after school begins. 

Weekly Private Sessions Starting Anytime

Ten weekly 60-minute sessions. Your instructor will lead you and your child through Seeing My Time sessions, one week at a time.

Maintenance Sessions Available

Once you have completed your ten Seeing My Time sessions, additional maintenance sessions can be added as needed.

10 session package with one of our trained Seeing My Time Instructors: $1,250 + Workbooks

Seeing My Time has Transformed my Life!
